Return Policy

At Luna & Louie, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we're happy to help you with a return within 30 days of receipt.

• Returns: Within 30 days of receipt, new, unused items can be returned for a refund. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees. Contact us to initiate a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• Quality Issues: We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our items, but if you experience a quality issue, please contact us directly. We'll assist you with a free return or replacement.

• Handcrafted Items: Each of our items is individually crafted in our studio, not mass-produced in a factory. As a result, minor variations in color, texture, and design are natural and part of what makes each piece unique and special.

• Dog Sweaters: Dogs come in a myriad of shapes and sizes. We do not offer free returns on dog sweaters due to fit. To ensure the best fit for your pup, please carefully refer to the sizing chart which includes the dimensions for each sweater size. We recommend measuring your dog before purchasing to help you select the right size.
